Q) What type of diamonds do you carry?
A) Our diamond sizes range from Melle (1mm and up) to about 7 Ct. and larger. We carry Rounds and all the popular Fancy Shapes like Princess, Cushion, Radiant, Emerald Cut, Oval, Marquise, Heart, Pear, Trillions (in single stones and matched pairs) and Half Moons (in pairs only). Our stone colors range from D down to K. Clarities range from Internally Flawless to I1, but most of our stones are in the better color range of E-H and VS and SI range. Most of our diamonds are accompanied with grading reports from either GIA, AGS, or EGL.

Q) What kind of makes do you carry?
A) We carry Ideal cuts, fine makes, and bargains. If you need an Ideal or triple excellent cut, chances are we have it. If you need a beautifully shaped Fancy Cut, you can count on us as well. Just let us know what you or your customer is looking for and we'll send it to you. Be assured that we will never try to push something on you that you don't want just because we have it in stock.

Q) Do you carry small diamonds too?
A) Yes, we have a full selection of smaller diamonds from one point to ½ a carat. We have super Ideal cut melee as well as more commercial proportioned stones of the highest value that cannot be matched, let alone beat. Our dedicated small diamond staff is here to handle your orders. All orders are perfectly matched and accurately graded. Give us a call for our price list.

Q) Do you carry matched pairs of fancies?
A) We carry a large variety of fancy cuts; We have matched pairs of Princess, Cushions, Ovals, Pears, Marquises, Trapezoids, Carres, Emerald cuts, Radiants, Shields, Trillions, Half Moons and more. Beautifully matched layouts are also our specialty.

Q) Do you carry Fancy colors?
A) Indeed, we have a wide selection of Natural Fancy Colors in a variety of shapes available loose or mounted. Matched Fancy Color pairs and layouts are also available. Please call us for a specific request you might have or to receive a faxed list of stones.

Q) Do you carry only certified goods?
A) A large part of our inventory is certified by the GIA, AGS or EGL. As a general rule the higher the quality of the stone, the more likely we are to submit the stone to GIA or AGS.

Q) Do you have mounted pairs of earrings?
A) We have matched pairs of rounds and princess cuts already mounted in 14K Yellow, White and Platinum Basket settings. Sizes range from .15cts total weight to 10cts Total weight. Qualities are mostly SI2's and I1's in G-J colors.

Q) How long can I hold a stone on memo?
A) Generally we expect an answer within 5 days, but we don’t set a time limit. We realize that sometimes it might take 2-3 days to sell a stone and sometimes it might take 2-3 weeks. We appreciate the fact that your customers can be far from predictable - so please keep in touch with us on the progress of your sale and we will do whatever we can to help with it.

Q) Do you provide accurate descriptions of a diamond's color and clarity over the phone?
A) Absolutely. You can always depend on an honest description of any diamond before we ship it to you. We invite our customers to ask us as many questions as they see fit regarding any stone in our inventory. For example, where is the inclusion? Is it black or white? Does the stone have a bow tie? We will answer without exaggerating the truth and we certainly won’t try to convince you to purchase a stone if it isn't what you need. You have our word.

Q) Do You Have an Earring Program?
A) Yes. We have an earring program designed to help you sell more diamond earrings. Stones are accurately graded and individually labeled with exact weight, color, clarity and keystone pricing. With our re-ordering system, you can re-order any pair quickly and efficiently. Ample in-house inventory assures you receive replacements ASAP so you don’t lose sales. All the stones we use for the program are top names. They are all ideal or near ideal. We also offer very comfortable terms. The program is available in 2 quality sets: si1-2 or si3 -I1 or mixed. Colors are D-H.

Q) Do all grading Labs have the same grading standards?
A) Ultimately, diamonds are graded by people and are subject to opinion. So, if a specific diamond is sent to a number of labs, each Lab might grade it very differently. While our diamond inventory contains diamonds that have different certifications, we will always tell you what our opinion is of a diamond’s color and clarity, regardless of it’s certification. That’s the Abe Mor way.

Q) How much do you charge for overnight shipping?
A) We don't. Some companies may charge you $20-$50 or more for shipping. With us, shipping doesn’t cost you a dime, even when it’s overnight. Why? Because it makes no sense to charge a well-paying and loyal customer. And we hope that based on our quality and service, we’ll work together again and again.

Q) What Kind Of Finished Jewelry Do You Carry?
A) The Abe Mor speciality is primarily Loose Diamonds, but we also manufacture an extensive line of basic diamond jewelry which we call our Diamonds Essentials Collection. This collection covers all the basics that every woman would want. The collection is diamond centric, with every piece showcasing the stones themselves. Q) Will I pay extra for mounted diamonds?
A) Yes, but not significantly. Our mounted Diamond Essentials Collection is based on the cost of metal, labor, plus slight overhead. Our main goal is to sell diamonds, therefore the Diamond Essentials line is created to facilitate selling diamonds, not fashion jewelry.
